On
April 08, 2013, Marvill held an orientation for the practicumers / OJTs
who chose to spend their training in Marvill Web Development. An OJT
orientation program is designed to help familiarize the students with
the way the company operates and the people they will be working with.
Students from Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila and San Beda attended the Orientation which was conducted by Mark Lapasanda who explained the rules and regulations, policies including the do’s and don’ts, dress codes and schedules.
He also introduced the
seniors who were assigned to train the students. The team will help to
improve knowledge, skills, and abilities of the trainees. To ensure the
quality of its training programs, the seniors Jay, Zarrah and Gelo who
are highly qualified trainers will assist the new batch of OJTs and will
see to it that the students will learn a lot from Marvill just like the
other OJTs who finished their practicum in Marvill successfully.
