The Program In 2009 RJ Villanueva believed that he has equipped the team to stand as a Web Development Company he took pride that Filipino programmers and developers were taken for granted and their skills were best used by foreign development companies. Well known Web Development Companies in the Philippines were either fueled by foreign investment or foreign owned he felt that this was a waste of talents for Filipinos. From 2009 to 2011 RJ Villanueva strived to train students and Fresh Grads to join the pool of developers and designers for Marvill, he believed that in doing this they would be able to learn IT development and Designing while still being employed in our country. With the helped of his Senior Designers and Production Team Marvill has been able to prove to give quality web sites for local and international clients having being able to penetrate markets in Entertainment, Schools, Local Government and Private Companies he was able to maintain a conducive environment for his Production Team. In 2012 Marvill Web Development has been supported by Major Schools such as La Salle, San Beda, Adamson, PLM, PUP and other Local Schools in the Philippines to help in training young individuals to aspire to be part of Marvill Web Development training program.
